Course Overview

This course proceeds at a pace suitable for the absolute beginner. You will be introduced to the concepts and skills required for the everyday use of the computer such as creating letters, invitations and other documents, using the Internet, sending and receiving email, and managing files. The course is based on the use of Windows, Word, Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.

Age prerequisite:
Students need to be at least 17 years of age as of the 1 January of the current year.
